General conditions

General

The customer with placing an order over the Internet, fax or telephone order recognises the general terms of business. All orders on whose basis we send invoice to the customer are issued and kept in the company Evrazija d.o.o.

Offer

The products are available for published prices. In the case of a price change, it counts the price of the time when the order was placed. The stated prices are in EUR. The VAT is included in the price.

Delivery

Evrazija d.o.o. guarantees that all goods ordered till noon are handed over in every working day still on the same day to a courier's service. The orders which are delivered after noon are worked on in the next working day. The delivery time by the courier's service differs from country to country. For Germany, Austria and Switzerland it counts as a rule 3 working days and for the other EU lands up to 7 working days.

Payment terms

The customers pay the goods with the order. The customer can withdraw from the purchase also on receipt of the goods without information of reasons for the resignation if he returns the goods within 30 days. Evrazija d.o.o. refunds to him the purchase price. All delivery expenses are costs of the customer.

Resignation of an order and a purchase

The customer can withdraw any time during the order from the order. This can occur as follows, the customer does not send off the order simply with the on-line form. In case that the on-line form was already sent, by telephone or by fax, customer can revoke the order with e-mail to info@evrazija.si, as well as by phone or fax. The customer can also withdraw from the order in the way that simply does not accept the product by delivery.
